Description

Gift certificate entitles holder to $200 in goods and services from AlienBox, LLC.  The holder may apply certificate to any AlienBox Moving Package of any value.  Any remaining value may be applied to additional products and services.

Restrictions

Expires 5/31/2013. Not redeemable for cash. Unused balances may be carried forward. Refunds for remaining balances will not be given.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are between you, the recipient of Gift Certicate, and AlienBox, LLC. By accepting and using this Gift Certicate, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Redeeming Gift Certicates

• Your Gift Certificate can be used solely to pay for services identified on the AlienBox website. To redeem the value associated with your Gift Certicate you will be required to provide your Gift Certicate code during the order process.

• You cannot redeem this Gift Certificate at any other merchant or for cash.

• You cannot redeem this Gift Certificate at this Merchant's in-person store – you can only redeem it on the Merchant's website or by telephone.

• Any unused value will remain on your Gift Certificate until spent.

• If the amount of your order exceeds the value remaining on the Gift Certificate, you will be required to pay for the balance using an approved credit card.

• You may use more than one Gift Certificate at a time.

• For security purposes, you may be required to enter credit card or bank account information before you can redeem the Gift Certicate.

Cancellation / Expiration of Gift Certificates / No Fees

• No fees will be charged in connection with your Gift Certificate

• Recipient Cancellations: Gift Certificate recipients can cancel their Gift Certificate within 30 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser. Gift Certicate recipients cannot redeem the Gift Certicates for cash.

• Purchaser Cancellations: The purchaser will have 30 days from the date of purchase to cancel the Gift Certicate and receive a full refund, provided the Gift Certicate has not been redeemed.

• Merchant Cancellations: Gift Certificates issued by the Merchant indicated. The Merchant may cancel a Gift Certicate at any time for any reason and shall refund any unused Gift Certicate value to purchaser, provided the Gift Certicate has not been redeemed.

• Refunds: Refunds on Gift Certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card.

• Expiration: Merchant Gift Certificates expire after 1 year and no fees apply.

• Please contact AlienBox, LLC directly if you have any questions or issues in connection with your Gift Certicate.

Additional Terms

• Your Gift Certificate is transferable. Resale of your Gift Certificate is prohibited unless approved by AlienBox, LLC.

• Your Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and has no cash value.

• AlienBox, LLC is responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Certificate codes unless otherwise required by law. Risk of loss is passed to the purchaser of the Gift Certificate.

• Any coupons, discounts, or other promotional offers do not apply to and cannot be used to purchase Gift Certicates.

• These terms and conditions are applicable to the maximum extent permitted by law and specic terms and conditions are void where prohibited.

• AlienBox, LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion.
